Why do I need a Copywriter?

You need a copywriter because as hard as you try, you can’t do and be everything!

I know it makes sense to invest money in a sparkly website, and most of them LOOK amazing, but it quickly becomes apparent that they are a bit fur coat and no knickers (as my Mum would say), filled with copy that doesn’t speak directly to their audience!

It’s 2020 and there are no new ideas, everything has been done, but not the way you do it and everything has been written, but not the way I write it!

As a business leader that is emotionally, physically and financially attached to your business, you’re probably a bit too close to be writing your own copy.  Instead, get in touch to discuss your copywriting potential.

How much do you charge?

Each creator is as unique as each of their creations, so it depends on;

  • The type of copy required
  • Whether you want a work of literary genius or summat that will make your website sing…
  • How well you know WHAT you want to say (cut’s down on drafts, edits and re-writes)

All quotes are valid for eight weeks and include:

  • Research and referencing
  • One round of writing (first draft)
  • Two rounds of editing
  • A final proofread
  • Your copy in whatever format you want

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For all jobs, a deposit of 50% deposit is required.

The balance is then paid on completion of the work.

How can I pay?

Debit/credit card and direct bank transfer.

Payment terms are fourteen days.

How long will it take you to write my copy?

Again, this will vary depending on the type of copywriting. the research required, citations needed, backlinks wanted and the proposed word count.

I will always provide a no-obligation quote for any job, to include time consumption and costs incurred.

I keep writers hours, often working late into the night and the wee hours, so I can usually turn stuff around pretty quickly.

I’m not based in London, can you work with me?

I work from my little village in Bedfordshire but, as a freelance copywriter, most of my work is done remotely.  My biggest client is in Australia!
